Coherent Structures is an independent contractor providing a complete portfolio of services to support the BTP including design support, consultation, product sales and installation from its three primary service centers located in Goodmans' Tucson, Phoenix and Albuquerque showrooms.

The access floor from Tate acts as the enabler to provide an under floor "plug and play" utility space for quick connect, pre-manufactured power, voice/data and HVAC distribution systems including StationLink™ by CII and FlexSys™ by York.

The BTP has been extensively used in a number of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) projects.
